I wasn’t aware and I wonder how many of you are that it is illegal in some states to collect rainwater that falls on your property. And the reason for this is……………………………?

It’s not poisoned with fluoride, Maurice Strong and T Boone Pickens have not figured out how to put a meter on your rain barrel yet so they can bill you for every glass you drink. And last but not least if they cannot control it, it is illegal until further notice.. Dontcha jest love dem man gods ?

Colorado, Utah and Washington are the states with these laws. Most of the water we use at our place comes from rainwater collected off the back 2/3rds of the shop. I think Oregon claims jurisdiction over all water that hits the ground.
