Climate Research Unit Taking Down Information On Website

December 14, 2009

What has been in the past accessible information on climate change at the Climate Research Unit of the University of East Anglia, website, has been pulled and/or access to it denied. Prison Planet has more on this oddity…..an oddity considering the biggest thing they need right now is public confidence.

That is undoubtedly a good indicator of what they are trying to hide from the “Climategate” exposure….and it’s a good indicator that at last people are interested enough to see where all the lies have been coming from….For unless there is someway to stop the supposed “climate conference”, there will one more nail in the coffin that takes away the constitutional liberty that we were always under the impression were the guarantees of our constitution….Unfortunately, the one world conspiracy has figured out a way around our own constitution, and they are fast using it…see this one:

Monckton gets it wrong though, he says “your Democracy” No No No, we don’t want no stinken Democracy, and the other thing to ponder, just think a minute, SOMEONE told us when they knocked down that WALL Communism had died.. How the hell then did we end up with this World Globalist threat of a Communist World Order Suddenly.. You see what I mean men, SOMEONE has been bullshitting us for a very long time.. I am damn tired of it myself. I leave you this >

The youth of America, the scholars, and increasingly the corporate professionals, regularly profess that Democracy is Freedom. This is trouble. The concepts of freedom and democracy conflict so regularly that Plato pronounced, “Democracy leads to anarchy, which is mob rule.” Freedom is the ability to decide and act for one’s self. Democracy requires all people to conform their action to the rule of the majority.

The systems of justice that support individual freedom – the Rule of Law – and Democracy – rule by the majority – also contrast.

American tradition is based upon the core element of the Declaration of Independence – equal justice. This is the system of law that applies the same law to every person and which implements the concept of a higher law – labeled under the Declaration as “Unalienable Rights”. These are the rights imbued and inherent within each of us that allow all people to lead a life of one’s own, with the liberty to act and the right to the use and enjoyment of one’s private property.

Why do we use the term unalienable instead of inalienable? Inalienable rights are subject to changes in the law such as when property rights are given a back seat to emerging environmental law or free speech rights give way to political correctness. Whereas under the original doctrine of unalienable rights, these rights cannot be abridged.
Webster’s 1828 dictionary defines unalienable as “not alienable; that cannot be alienated; that may not be transferred; as in unalienable rights” and inalienable as “cannot be legally or justly alienated or transferred to another.” The Declaration of Independence reads:

“That all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights…”

This means that human beings are imbued with unalienable rights which cannot be altered by law whereas inalienable rights are subject to remaking or revocation in accordance with man-made law. Inalienable rights are subject to changes in the law such as when property rights are given a back seat to emerging environmental law or free speech rights give way to political correctness. In these situations no violation has occurred by way of the application of inalienable rights – a mere change in the law changes the nature of the right. Whereas under the original doctrine of unalienable rights the right to the use and enjoyment of private property cannot be abridged (other than under the doctrine of “nuisance” including pollution of the public water or air or property of another). The policies behind Sustainable Development work to obliterate the recognition of unalienable rights. For instance, Article 29 subsection 3 of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights applies the “inalienable rights” concept of human rights:

“Rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to purposes and principles of the United Nations.”

Many call for a “Civil Society” which argues for a statutory framework that does not give recognition of the imbued nature of unalienable rights.

Modern dictionaries blur the difference, as does modern intellectual thought. The modern definition of unalienable is the same as the historical definition of inalienable. The contemporary blurring of the meaning of unalienable and inalienable is evidence of the process of dictionary evolution that Orwell forecasted in “1984.”

Under equal justice, government power is, accordingly, limited. Such is the foundation of the American Republic. Today, that Republic is in near ruin. Democracy ignores unalienable rights; mob rule replaces individual rights.

Democracy utilizes a different system of justice called Social Justice. Social Justice generates differing results to different groups of people depending on the law’s finding of “common good”. Because the “common good” changes from day to day, no one can ever know what rights they will have tomorrow.

In an attempt to provide “equity” to all groups, Social Justice creates overlapping castes, each representing a “common good” de jour and each clamoring for more power. But no principle regarding the protection of the ideal of private property exists under Social Justice. Private use of property may be granted “interim protection” under Social Justice law, but only when such a conclusion is thought to advance the common good. Yet, even when seeming protections of unalienable rights arise under Social Justice, they can be retracted later on when they have served their purpose as perceptions of “common good” are always subject to “change”.

Democracy is often used to calibrate or implement public perspectives. (So called “common good” is claimed when building temporary public confidence in the oligarchy’s silent program of democratization.) This occurs while the oligarchy in charge of governmental operations propels a system of Social Justice designed to eventually assume ultimate control over all human action. Social Justice is the “equity” of the political-economics that drives America in this the looming post-free enterprise era.

As our system of justice progresses from “equal justice for all” to one of “equity”, our once democratic Republic mutates into a socialist state and the fall of America proceeds apace.

The immediate question becomes: is the fall in the ordinary course of events or is it planned? Similarly, is the rise of world governance (The United Nations, The World Bank, The World Trade Organization, The European Union, The Bank of International Settlements, and regional trade pacts such as NAFTA CAFTA and FTA and more) the natural course for human advancement or is it being directed by an oligarchy?

Clearly these questions get to the heart of today’s problems. With the march toward democracy, we advance socialism. Michal Gorbachev said, “More socialism means more democracy, openness and collectivism in everyday life.”

As the previously silent Americans begin to rally around various hot button issues, it is important that they understand the threat of democracy. As James Madison said, “Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their death.”

I couldn’t agree with you more, Greg….especially calling attention to the :

“Article 29 subsection 3 of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights applies the “inalienable rights” concept of human rights:
“Rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to purposes and principles of the United Nations.”

Now, that’s a dangerous proposition……and a good indication of what we can expect under “the new world order”….and “climate treaties”…

However, I would think that Monckton was referring more to the concept of a democratic republic, under the declaration of rights which assures us those “inalienable rights” we have grown so fond of in our free enterprise, and pursuit of happiness… For as you have said, there and there alone, do we find the individual rights and liberties that have made this country great. And still do so, in less and less degrees…

And, so no one noticed the flames have been burning under our own pot. We sit here and cook; or jump out of the pan?

If we are all crabs, no one will get out. Some one will always reach up and haul you back down in the pot.

If we are all frogs, some of us will feel the heat and get on top and jump out.

Interesting link, ar…but for me, I’d just like to throw the water of life on that fire, and kick the pot, in case any of those inside need a little help getting out.

Despite my criticisms about Monckton & family, he does deliver the goods in these exchanges with these goons who are the unwitting, unthinking footsoldiers for the New World Order which intends to solidify itself economically via global “carbon” (i.e. human) tax being pushed for at the Jesuit-directed Copenhagen “Climate Change” hoax-fest, attended to by all the usual suspects. Thank goodness P2 Illuminati Mason/Jesuit-directed Papal Constantinian Knight/EU (Fourth Reich) Promoter/Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi can no longer attend due to his getting his long overdue just deserts at that Italian political rally yesterday. Perhaps Blair, Brown, the Bushes, Obama, Gore, Sarkozy, or any of the other key pawns of Rome (the many feathers of the left & right wings of the Beast System) will be next? We can only live in hope! The videos below are a much needed antidote to the longterm deceptive propaganda of the mainstream media regarding the “Man-Made Global Warming” Hoax/Scare.

    Subject: Stop the cap-and-trade scam.

    Dear Friend,

Sign the petition opposing cap and trade policies.

Protect American jobs, energy, and prosperity from global warming hype.

Efforts to control man-made “greenhouse gases” through mandatory policies like cap and trade are nothing more than “All Pain, No Gain” – all economic pain for no environmental gain.

Energy Tax: Proposals like cap and trade are simply a massive tax on energy use – on everything we heat, cool, drive, make, grow, eat, and do – and will therefore cause the price of everything to skyrocket.

Hurts Americans: These proposals will harm all Americans by exorbitantly raising gasoline prices and utility bills, sending jobs overseas, perpetuating the myth that “green jobs” will grow our economy, and acting as a huge “regressive tax” that will especially hurt the poor and our nation’s seniors on fixed incomes.

Failing Science: An outpouring of peer-reviewed studies, data, and skeptical scientists from around the world debunks the alleged “consensus” about man-made global warming. The Earth is well within natural climate variability, climate fear is being driven by unproven computer models, and it is preposterous for the EPA, White House, or Congress to call carbon dioxide a “pollutant.”

Purely Symbolic: Congressional proposals like cap and trade, and international treaties like the Kyoto Protocol, are purely symbolic efforts at reducing emissions and stabilizing the climate. Even President Obama’s own EPA admits cap-and-trade policies will have no detectable impact on global CO2 levels or temperatures. U.N. treaties will also be meaningless since developing nations like China and India have no intention of setting definite CO2 limits.

I just signed a petition to stop the cap-and-trade scheme. I hope you will, too. Please have a look and take action by clicking the link below.
