Judge Molloy Says No Way To Feds Request To Reconsider ESA Protection For Grizzly

After last September’s ruling by Judge Donald Molloy to return the grizzly bear to ESA protection, the feds asked Judge Molloy to reconsider his decision saying that it was not necessary to protect the bear with all the stringent confines of the Endangered Species Act. Molloy said no and the grizzly bear will remain on the Endangered list.
Molloy had ruled that “climate change” was at least partly responsible for the further deterioration of the grizzly species.

It’s getting cooler globally; the bears can’t take it. I guess that’s what they call climate change – that way, it can mean what ever you would like it to mean when you need it to mean something; like molloy. snake. The other bears that are endangering themselves can’t quit reproducing. The ESA sucks.
As time marches on and observing the actions of the courts, the environmentalists and the Department of Interior, I am even more convinced that the USFWS/DOI has the same agenda as the environmentalists and the activist judges.
The USFWS’ efforts put forth during courtroom appearances is amateurish at best and unconvincing as hell. They do just enough so they can tell “us whiners” that they tried BUT……..
Tom, nails it. The UNFWS is acting the part, the environmentalists are pushing the U.N. Agenda 21 Sustainable development Charter, and the USGOV UN puppets are helping the cause because they brought it forth in the first place with the Iron Mountain Report Agenda, of 1966.. The UN using the US puppet GOV is stealing our rights, our lands, our Freedoms, Our Country, right out from under us, while we complain, and while many so called Americans (u.s. corporation serfs in reality) are helping this agenda along. (See Ralph Blind as a bat Maughan). I suspect Obama is the closer on the real-estate grab and permanent wipe out of our last thread of Sovereignty as an Independent Nation..
