More Hunting Comedy From New York Times

September 10, 2009

On Wednesday I linked you over to a “laughable” article on morals, ethics, wolves and hunting. If that wasn’t embarrassing enough, the author attempts a bit of humor, while revealing continued ignorance of the issues and comparing criminal activities to that of hunting. Alas!

He’s been talking to the stiflers from up here. STOP everything! EVERYTHING is melting. The walrus can’t wal and the kids can’t rus; the ice can’t support them and the oil rigs (gd oil rigs) they’re in the way and the walrus will have to stay on land – man did it;( mostly men who hunt, i bet.)

Suppose they considered walrus have been at this longer than we give a damn?

Who cleaned the rivers of dead fish after the spawn – no one.
Who is doing it now – everyone. Why? It has been going on for centuries and now we should take out spent carcusses? Why?

And the intelligence it takes to ban wood-stove burning after 2.3 million acres went up in smoke so far, this summer. In ‘06 it was 6.2 million acres – gone and the 6th grade thinking we should ban wood-stoves- mfw.

    Six graders!

Got something to say?
