Noah! Build Me An Ark!

July 9, 2009

Because reader “jes” thinks I might be the modern day Noah, here’s a cute story he sent me.

In the year 2008, the Lord came unto Noah, who was now living in the United States, and said:
“Once again, the earth has become wicked and over-populated, and I see the end of all flesh before me.”

“Build another Ark and save 2 of every living thing along with a few good humans.”

He gave Noah the blueprints, saying: “You have 6 months to build the Ark before I will start the unending rain for 40 days and 40 nights.”

Six months later, the Lord looked down and saw Noah weeping in his yard – but no Ark.

“Noah!,” He roared, “I’m about to start the rain! Where is the Ark?”

“Forgive me, Lord,” begged Noah, “but things have changed.”

“I needed a building permit.”

“I’ve been arguing with the inspector about the need for a sprinkler system.”

“My neighbors claim that I’ve violated the neighborhood zoning laws by building the Ark in my yard and exceeding the height limitations. We had to go to the Development Appeal Board for a decision.”

“Then the Department of Transportation demanded a bond be posted for the future costs of moving power lines and other overhead obstructions, to clear the passage for the Ark’s move to the sea. I told them that the sea would be coming to us, but they would hear nothing of it.”

“Getting the wood was another problem. There’s a ban on cutting local trees in order to save the spotted owl.”

“I tried to convince the environmentalists that I needed the wood to save the owls – but no go!”

“When I started gathering the animals, an animal rights group sued me. They insisted that I was
confining wild animals against their will. They argued the accommodations were too restrictive, and it was cruel and inhumane to put so many animals in a confined space.”

“Then the EPA ruled that I couldn’t build the Ark until they’d conducted an environmental impact study
on your proposed flood.”

“I’m still trying to resolve a complaint with the Human Rights Commission on how many minorities I’m
supposed to hire for my building crew.”

“Immigration and Naturalization are checking the green-card status of most of the people who want to work.”

“The trades unions say I can’t use my sons. They insist I have to hire only Union workers with
Ark-building experience.”

“To make matters worse, the IRS seized all my assets, claiming I’m trying to leave the country illegally
with endangered species.”

“So, forgive me, Lord, but it would take at least 10 years for me to finish this Ark.”

“Suddenly the skies cleared, the sun began to shine, and a rainbow stretched across the sky.”

Noah looked up in wonder and asked, “You mean you’re not going to destroy the world?”

“No,” said the Lord. “The GOVERNMENT beat me to it.”

Funny how we’ve let all these governmental controls sneak into our lives over the years….and every year there are more…More and more people and more crowded living conditions have turned us into another “metro” culture, not unlike the Russian mentality that brought on the onslaught of socialism, or the Japanese version of “how to live together as insects in a hive”….
Either mentality offers little in what this country was about in it’s creation….FREEDOM.
The more crowded we become, the less of it we have. The less freedom we have, the more we become perverted by own narrow vision….like rats in a cage, feeding off others to survive, unable to see the beauty and boundless vistas of God’s creation. Maybe that’s why we hunt, as well as the practical side of it…just to be there as a part of the beauty of creation…being free and not pressed in by the ever increasing crowds…that bring with them the crowd mentality, the hive and the loss of individual liberty…

There needs to be a change of attitude; fewer people on Earth.

If attitudes don’t change the promise is that there WILL be fewer people on earth!

July 09, 2009 posting … my weekly radio show archive is now posted … this week i talk about the very interesting facts that came out this past week in a world wide survey dealing with our planet and YOU the people that live on it … many people in western society think that they are so amazing but the reality is that comparing us to others in the world … we are pitifully poor in most respects … the USA came in 114th out of 143 nations dealing with quality of life and happiness and other factors such as longevity, literacy, dental and medical care not to mention your ecological “footprint” and many other factors regarding quality of life … employment and after employment security .. Cuba is FAR AHEAD of the USA in spite of the smoooze noooze mouthing their western propaganda … the world is being ravaged and it is the “advanced” nations that are leading the demise of the entire planet … we all know that … but listen to see where others are on the planet and how simple is better !!! it is coming down to this … the world “leadership” and banking/economic community needs a real house cleaning if you and me and this planet are going to survive !!! they know all too well that the world population 1) knows who they are … 2) are fed up with their bullshit and 3) are ready to coral them along with their shills and minions for good … they have to act quickly BUT as with the best laid plans of mice and men … you know the story … also i will be talking about what appears to be a push to have everyone in the USA and world-wide to be forced or coerced into taking a “flu shot” … shots being placed out there without any testing at all … two for each of you !!! this august … are you prepared to take care of yourselves ??? you need to be your own source of clean fresh water … this is number one … numero uno !!! see the secure web ordering page for details on the Doulton line of family and emergency water filters … don’t leave home without one !!! jim mccanney

I can’t see how Cuba got ahead of the US in the “quality of life”, unless he’s going by people’s attitude as an indication…Attitude may be everything….but if you know enough people who have been there, and how little they have in material goods, even medical supplies, you wonder if their “attitude” might not be there because of their “affliction”….since many times, people in difficult situations “overcome” their lack of goods by simply being happy without them.
I’ve got the Doulton “”Big Berkley”…had one for the last 10 years, and it’s used every day ….I filter my well water, which has seemed pure, but with all the chemicals that are seeping into the aquifer, I’m not taking any chances of it being in my drinking water. And I actually do take one with me for portable drinking water, which I keep in my truck, along with a daypack and enough survival gear to get me by for awhile…
I never buy drinking water, since I’ve never had to….I take my own……

If you have no realization of what there is, can you be happy with what you have?
No pressure to pay that 7,000 Dollar Mortgage payment. Clawing and scratching for your position and FAIR SHARE of the booty . Total reliance on technology. No faith. Stress related Quality of life issues on the rise No wonder! Self satisfied gluttons of Gods free gifts. I have read where LESSER nations actually pray for us Americans. For centuries we have sent missionaries to all parts of the world. Good thing to spread the word. Many of those countries are now sending missionaries back to the US. GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD

Communism and eugenics 101 anyone ? Gosh Lee, are you this radical ?

More “Change” from the Obama Administration
Posted by Adam at 9:13 AM

Forced abortions. Mass sterilization. A “Planetary Regime” with the power of life and death over American citizens.

The tyrannical fantasies of a madman? Or merely the opinions of the person now in control of science policy in the United States? Or both?

These ideas (among many other equally horrifying recommendations) were put forth by John Holdren, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Holdren whom Barack Obama has recently appointed Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Assistant to the President for Science and Technology, and Co-Chair of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology — informally known as the United States’ Science Czar. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_czars_of_the_Obama_administration In a book Holdren co-authored in 1977, the man now firmly in control of science policy in this country wrote that:

    • Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not; • The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation’s drinking water or in food;

    • Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise;

    • People who “contribute to social deterioration” (i.e. undesirables) “can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility” — in other words, be compelled to have abortions or be sterilized.

    • A transnational “Planetary Regime” should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans’ lives — using an armed international police force.

The above was all taken from this page, http://zombietime.com/john_holdren/ which is a post inspired from this article. http://www.frontpagemag.com/readArticle.aspx?ARTID=34198 I suggest reading the post in it’s entirety, as it contains scans of pages of the book in order to properly quote Holdren. Reading some/all of the authors’ conclusions/suggestions is just scary, plain and simple. How someone with these radical views came into such a position of power within on political system is equally as scary. Is this the “change” everyone voted for? It certainly doesn’t look like it with Obama’s approval rating dropping to 51%, http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/obama_approval_index_history down from a high of 65%, and falling steadily. It seems the more people find out about their chosen one, the less they like him. Also, and this is just anecdotal, but this is the only president I know of that people in America are actually scared of – literally scared. We’ve had other presidents that were either poor leaders, or appeared stupid, or people just didn’t like for whatever reason, but I’ve never talked to so many people who are “scared” of their own president.

  8. ar on July 12th, 2009 4:09 pm

For good reason they are scared. Too many people in the world is determined by who? And believed by many. Believing as they do, the rest of us are blessed by their truly selfless act of stepping forward to be first to go. Thank you, from the rest of us. We’ll keep a sharp lookout for too many more and – well, you know… .

With too many people, let’s not forget not only the unborn can go but infants as well, up to about 18 months – before they form too many words…, you know.

You know, speaking of you know, you know you are in hell when men think this way.

Got something to say?
