Obama Wants The International Community To Dictate Our Second Amendment Rights
May 8, 2009
Lou Dobbs at least has enough sense to recognize this outrage and bring it to our attention. Why isn’t the rest of our pathetic biased and blinded media jumping up and down about sovereignty and rights? More Obama Kool-Aid.

“The Constitution itself never yields to treaty or enactment, it neither changes with time, nor does it in theory bend to the force of circumstances. It may be amended according to it’s own permission (Which takes three fourths of the states to ratify and those three fourths documents all must be word for word and signed by those legislatures, or ratification has not legally taken place according to the Constitutions permission) but while it stands it is ” a law for rulers and people, equally in war and in peace, and covers with a shield of its protection all classes of men, at all times and under all circumstances.” It’s principles cannot, therefore, be set aside in order to meet the supposed necessities of great crises. ” No doctrine involving more pernicious consequences was ever invented by the wit of man, than that any of its provisions can be suspended during any of the great exigencies of government. Such a doctrine leads directly to anarchy or despotism, but the theory of necessity on which it is based is false, for the government within the Constitution has all powers granted to it which are necessary to preserve its existence, as has been happily proved by the result of the great effort to throw off its just authority.” — Judge Thomas McIntyre Cooley—LLD from his 1898 book–The General Principles of Constitutional law in the United States of America…
The 14th-16th-17th Amendments do not meet the requirements of the Constitutional permission to amend.. Under the illegal 17th the Senate could allow this illegal foreign treatise to register and eventually disarm us..Wake up Americans..

Thankfully, with the current make up of the US Senate, this would have very little chance of passing since it needs a 2/3 majority to be ratified since it is an international treaty. I believe there are 40 Republicans and I’m thinking a few Democrats like those boys in Montana that would never vote for it. But as usual we have the Emperor in Chief throwing law abiding gun owners under the bus for the sake of his political image.
