NRM Wolf Delisting Final Rule Published April 2, 2009
April 3, 2009
For readers interested in the Northern Rocky Mountains wolf delisting Final Rule, it was published on April 2, 2009 and can be viewed with this link. By rule the delisting takes effect on May 4, 2009. Lawsuits have already been filed to stop the delisting and Wyoming plans to file suit against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service because they were excluded. Let the games begin.
I’ll have more analysis on this ruling after I’ve had a chance to read it. It’s around 60 pages in length.
