The Wall Street Journal reports that $2.8 billion will go toward global warming research and “carbon-capture demonstration projects.” What the heck are carbon-capture demonstrations?
$400 million for global-warming research and another $2.4 billion for carbon-capture demonstration projects.
Maybe it’s time to reintroduce my Carb-O-Zapper 666.
