Killing Wolves To Protect Caribou
December 15, 2008
The Vancouver Sun reports on efforts by the British Columbia government to protect the mountain caribou by killing wolves.
“I would prefer that non-lethal forms of wolf population control could be successful on their own,” he said. “But it appears … some more measures are required. The wolf population has been increasing at the same time the mountain caribou population has been dropping. That’s not a good equation for recovery of the caribou.”

Every where we look the wolf is proving all the wolf advocates preconceived psuedo mythological disneyesque magical theories WRONG. Wolves must be manged by man by any means nessessary to keep the wolf from decimation of other species, THATS A WIPEOUT IN COWBOY LINGO, Man has dominion over animals, that means responsiblity to keep them in balance and not allow one species to over run another. It is time for the obvious to take place, not the assumed psuedo nonsense looking real pretty on paper pro wolfer and government “science.” Save 100 fat Caribou…shoot a wolf.
Now LeeBea can say “lets us go to war with Canada, to protect our cuddly wolfe friends…” kill those Canadians to make more room for wolves, right BeaLee?
We need to do the same thing here in the west. Save a Elk shoot a Wolf.
That’s how we brought them back in the first place….(I guess everybody but the old folks forgot that!)
