Obama Discriminates - Against Gun Owners

This article by Brad O’Leary explains why the question on Obama’s employee questionnaire is discriminatory.
The only discernible[sic]reason this question about handgun, rifle or shotgun ownership would be asked is the same reason employers used to ask job seekers about their race, gender, age or ethnic background – that is, solely for the purpose of discriminating against the applicant. Indeed, this marks the first time a president has ever asked potential administration employees if they are exercising one of their constitutional rights as part of the weeding-out process.

And he probably did, BUT the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) Justice David Souter has agreed that a review of the Federal lawsuit filed by attorney Phil berg against Barack Hussein Obama II, which was subsequently dismissed for lack of standing is WARRANTED, and will continue. SCOTUS Docket No. 08-570 contains the details.
A review of that Docket and the rule 10 of the Supreme Court makes it abundantly clear that Justice Souter’s granting of a review on the Writ of Certiorari is not a right entitled a citizen Phil Berg, but rather is a matter of judicial dicretion based upon a compelling reason. That compelling reason is the Constitutional requirement that “No person except a natural born citizen…shall be eligible to the office of President…
Barack Hussein Obama II must stop snubbing his nose at this issue and APPEAR 1 December 08 in response to this writ of Certiorari and pony up the facts of his birth in America. This case has been ongoing for months…The DNC has been fighting DISCOVERY in PROOF in this case for months.
Barack Hussein Obama is not yet the president elect…He will not be until 15 Dec, 08 when the electoral college actually offically votes. If Obama fails to prove being a natural born citizen of the United States, he will also be guilty of FRAUD…by defrauding the states in $53,000,000 in campaign funds, and defrauding the citizens of Illinois as well, since Illinois requires you must be a natrural born citizen to be in the stae legislature..Not to mention he will have illegally become a Senator in the U.S. Senate.
I believe he is guilty of the charges Berg Makes. There is a Kenyan wittness involved now as well, in the United Kingdom…with KENYAN birth documents showing a witnessed birth via documents Barack Hussein Obama was born in KENYA.
The DNC fighting dicovery of evidence for months is all I need to know….Their attempting to hide the truth from the American people once again.
This Marxist has done a lot more than Discriminate against gun owners…a lot more.
