    Beautiful, isn’t it. I can almost smell the hickory. (See
    the bag at his feet.)

    Eating smoked salmon is like getting vacinated. “Oh, every-
    one has to have it, it’s so good.” Whether you like what you
    are eating is not important. Taste it once and you will agree, “you’ve never tasted anything like it before”. True,
    I haven’t. At times, it seems more like wine tasting.
