Meet The “Heller” Behind District Of Columbia Vs. Heller

Today’s Washington Times carries a story about Richard Anthony Heller, the security guard who had standing to sue the District of Columbia to preserve his right to keep and bear arms. The case ultimately ended up in the United States Supreme Court in which the court ruled the District’s ban unconstitutional.
