Big Grizzly Killed By Truck
November 10, 2007
Erik Simpson of Idaho sent me these pictures and I’ve seen at least one of them being passed around on the Web. Supposedly this 700-pound grizzly was clocked by a truck near Lincoln Mountain (not sure where that is either). Hope you enjoy the pics and check out the size of that paw and claws. Just imagine!?!

I believe it was Lincoln Montana, east of Missoula a couple hours.
This is fact. Lincoln is in Montana and located in the Blackfoot Valley NE of Missoula in western part of the sate. This well reported here by F&G Dept.
This is sad.

There startng to have a hell of a time with the grizzlies in northwestern montana. Just a couple weeks ago my inlaws sent me a picture of a Grizzly right outside a home by the bull river. There’s a lot more grizzlies than they ant to admit, just like wolves, gettin to be everywhere.
