Guns For The Intellectual Only

Here’s a new twist – well, to me anyway. I stumbled onto this opinion in a Virginia newspaper from a writer who, after reading his letter, doesn’t qualify for his own recommendation of who can own a gun.
He says that anyone who wants to own a gun has to prove they are intellectual enough. Like brainy people don’t commit crimes with guns.
