Gun Rights Bill Being Debated in Congress

I’ll get more information on this but U.S. Rep. Butch Otter (R) Idaho, has introduced a bill before the U.S. Congress that would force states to recognize the concealed weapons licenses from other states.
That’s about all I know on this now. I don’t even have a bill identification number. How about some of my readers. Anyone have more information on this topic?
